Before beginning employment at McLean Hospital, all employees and applicants who have accepted an offer of employment are required to submit proof of immunity to MMR and proof of being free from active tuberculosis. Additionally, after an offer of employment is accepted, candidates will be required to clear both a State and National CORI-based background check. Employees working in a program licensed by the EEC or DESE will be required to complete additional, fingerprint based background checks.
