Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Institute

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder occurs in two to five percent of the population, and is the fourth most common psychiatric diagnosis. Since opening our doors in 1997, the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Institute (OCDI) has led the way in the advancement of clinical care, teaching and research to help patients, families and healthcare providers understand and treat OCD more effectively.

Our program is most appropriate for individuals 16 and older who suffer from moderate to severe treatment-resistant OCD and could benefit from intensive residential or partial hospital care. Our average length of stay is between 30 and 90 days.

“By embedding our research program with our clinical team, we are truly living the notion of ‘evidence-based practice,’ which only enhances our care and keeps us on the cutting edge of OCD treatment.”
~Michael Jenike, MD, Senior Consultant and co-founder of the OCDI
