Program Leadership

Mark Robart, LICSWMark Robart, LICSW, Program Director

Mr. Robart began his career at McLean Hospital in 1977 and presently serves as McLean’s Director of Residential Services. In this capacity he oversees an array of short- and long-term treatment programs that serve adults and adolescents suffering from mood and psychotic disorders, complex personality disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. As a clinician, Mr. Robart is much sought after for his expertise in working with challenging couples and families.

Alexander Vuckovic, MDAlexander Vuckovic, MD, Medical Director

Since 1999, Dr. Vuckovic has been medical director of The Pavilion, where he has overseen the care of more than 1,500 patients. He has spent his entire career immersed in the diagnosis, clinical care, and management of major psychiatric conditions and has published extensively, including on the topic of medicinal treatment of depressive illness and psychotic disorders. Dr. Vuckovic is an assistant professor of psychiatry, part-time, at Harvard Medical School.

Rima Saad, PhDRima Saad, PhD, Director of Behavioral and Group Therapy Services

Dr. Saad provides expert consultation in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy at The Pavilion. She has worked with patients with complex clinical presentations for over a decade and specializes in treating mood disorders, personality disorders, substance use problems, and anxiety disorders. Dr. Saad has extensive experience with leading groups and with program development.

Amy Gagliardi, MDAmy Gagliardi, MD, Associate Medical Director

Dr. Gagliardi is an instructor in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and has been immersed in clinical care of patients with major psychiatric illnesses for more than ten years. She has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of trauma-related disorders, including advanced training in dialectical behavior therapy, and is devoted to the teaching and supervision of medical students and psychiatric residents.

D. Bradford Reich, MDD. Bradford Reich, MD, Assistant Medical Director

Dr. Reich has been an attending psychiatrist at McLean Hospital since 1990. with positions in the Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder Inpatient Program, the Dissociative Disorders and Trauma Inpatient Program, the Gunderson Residence, and currently, the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Institute and the prolonged exposure track of the 3East Partial Hospital Program. His research focuses on borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder.
