Grantley Taylor, MD, was the medical director of McLean’s Community Reintegration Unit, originally the Rapid Reintegration Unit, since its inception in 2000. The CRU specializes in psychotic disorders as part of the hospital’s Psychotic Disorders Division, but treats a broad spectrum of severe psychiatric illness in a culturally and socioeconomically diverse population.

Dr. Taylor and the staff of the Community Reintegration Unit provide multimodal treatment and strive to identify, cultivate, and nurture personal strengths as part of helping individuals heal. They believe strongly in the value of community and endeavor to make the unit a positive, healing, nurturing, and growth promoting environment.
