Biography

Kelly Scanlon, LICSW, is the program director at McLean Hospital’s Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT). Since 2014, Ms. Scanlon has worked as a licensed independent clinical social worker in various levels of care at McLean and has supervised junior social workers preparing for their licenses. Her past experience also includes work as a psychiatric clinician in the correctional system.

In 2020, Ms. Scanlon completed a three year fellowship in the Clinical Scholars program, a national leadership program supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, that invests in innovative health care professionals who are passionate about equitable health care access for all.
