Biography

Stephanie Collier, MD, MPH, is the director of education in the Division of Geriatric Psychiatry and a staff psychiatrist in the Geriatric Psychiatry Outpatient Services at McLean Hospital. Dr. Collier is interested in the interface of medicine and psychiatry and has completed fellowship training in consultation liaison psychiatry at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She also works as a consulting psychiatrist for the Population Health Management Team at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

Dr. Collier’s professional interests include the optimization of training and supervision of non-specialist providers to deliver mental health interventions in resource-limited settings. She has worked in Mirebalais, Haiti with Zanmi Lasante/Partners in Health to train medical residents in the diagnosis and treatment of people with mental illnesses.
