How to Apply
Applications for all positions are accepted online. You may search and apply for available positions in the online database. Use the various search options to find a job of interest to you, complete the online application and submit it. You can log in and view the status of the position you have applied for 24 hours a day/7 days a week. McLean does not accept applications via mail or email.

Conditions of Employment
Before beginning employment at McLean Hospital, all employees and applicants who have accepted an offer of employment are required to submit proof of immunity to MMR and proof of being free from active tuberculosis. Additionally, after an offer of employment is accepted, candidates will be required to clear both a State and National CORI-based background check. Employees working in a program licensed by the EEC or DESE will be required to complete additional, fingerprint-based background checks.
