Jenn: Hey everyone, it’s Jenn from the Mindful Things team. We know how stressful things are right now and we sincerely hope you are doing well wherever you are. At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to put Mindful Things on hold so that our team could help support McLean’s efforts in responding to the pandemic.

A few months later, we started a webinar series in hopes of providing education and support to people around the world, trying to do our part to make our expertise available in helping people like you better cope with the many stressors that were being experienced last spring.

While many of you have joined us for these webinars, many of you have also reached out and asked us to produce the webinars as a podcast. And to be honest, it’s a great idea, so we’ve decided to give our audience what they want.

Starting next week, we will start incorporating our webinar series into Mindful Things. We’ve got sessions coming up on all topics related to mental health, ranging from family stress, to managing anxiety, to child and adolescent issues, maintaining sobriety, PTSD, and more.

We have lots more content lined up for you in 2021 so we hope that you’ll continue to enjoy our efforts to ensure that everyone has access to reliable information around mental health.

If you have any questions or comments, please visit the McLean website and let us know! You can find us at mclean.org – that’s M C L E A N . O R G

Thanks for tuning in!
