Biography
Andrea M. Cataldo, PhD’s research integrates neurobehavioral experiments and computational modeling to uncover the psychological mechanisms underlying memory and decision-making. As part of the Motivated Learning and Memory Laboratory within the Center for Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Research, she is working to identify the specific cognitive mechanisms that are compromised in mood disorders.
Dr. Cataldo’s current work applies diffusion modeling to study disrupted evidence accumulation in emotional memory for adults with depression.
