Biography
Caitlin White, MSW, LICSW, received her MSW from Boston College with a concentration in children, youth, and families. She has been working at McLean Hospital for over 12 years, previously working as a community residence counselor and clinical educator before earning her MSW. From 2014 to 2018, Ms. White worked as a clinical team manager at the McLean SouthEast Adolescent Partial Hospital Program. She has extensive training in dialectical behavior therapy, and experience leading and co-leading DBT groups with adolescents, adults, and families.
In the fall of 2018, Ms. White joined the McLean Child and Adolescent OCD Institute as a senior clinical social worker. At OCDI Jr, she has received intensive training in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. Ms. White received an individual Partners in Excellent Award in 2012.
