Biography
Elan French, PhD, is a clinical psychologist specializing in treating both youth and adults and has a special interest working with LGBTQ+ youth. They have expertise in treating anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and eating disorders. Their primary treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapies as well as incorporating acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behavior therapy skills.
Dr. French is currently a staff psychologist at the McLean Anxiety Mastery Program (MAMP), an intensive group-based outpatient program that uses exposure and response prevention therapy and other cognitive behavioral therapies to support children and adolescents with anxiety disorders and OCD.
