Biography
Erin B. Sandler, LICSW, joined McLean Hospital in 2013, working at Appleton House as a clinical team manager. Previously, she had worked for over five years with individuals living with post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, and psychosis as an outreach social worker contracted through the Department of Mental Health.
Ms. Sandler has taken initiative with implementing person centered care, building elements of dialogical practice into the Appleton group and milieu structure. She has intensive training in dialectical behavior therapy and has supervised social workers preparing for their LICSW.
