Biography
Holly Leonard, RN, BSN, joined the nursing profession in 2007 and has worked in the field of psychiatry for the entirety of her nursing career. She has held leadership roles in both mental health and substance use disorder treatment programs.
Ms. Leonard’s career began at McLean on the Short Term Unit as the clinical coordinator and she is now serving as the nurse director of the Dissociative Disorders and Trauma Inpatient Program. She is a member of McLean’s Professional Nursing Advancement Program engagement, de-escalation, and preceptorship work groups.
