Kelly Pavao, MBA, BSN, RN-BC, began her career in 2003 as a nurse for St. Mary’s Home for Children. In 2008, she transitioned to Bradley Hospital on the Adolescent Inpatient Unit and also acted as hospital supervisor.
In 2015, Ms. Pavao joined McLean Hospital and is the nurse manager for the Child and Adolescent OCD Institute, which provides world-class OCD treatment for children and adolescents. In this capacity, she is responsible for the management of the direct care staff and the well-being of the patients in the program.
