Biography
Nancy Radner, LICSW, began her career in the mental health field as a BA level child care worker at McLean Hospital’s Hall Mercer. She then went on to obtain her MSW from Simmons College School of Social Work. Her extensive social work career has encompassed a variety of clinical, supervisory, and leadership roles. She developed her expertise with adolescents in alternative high schools and a crisis shelter, adults in psychiatric day treatment, and older adults in adult day health.
Ms. Radner returned to McLean Hospital in 2013 and in her capacity as group program manager for the Division of Geriatric Psychiatry she provides leadership for the group treatments in the geriatric inpatient units and outpatient programs.
