McLean OnTrack™

McLean OnTrackTM is suitable for adults ages 18 to 30 who have experienced a first episode of bipolar disorder or other condition that presents with psychosis or mania with psychosis. Our program, which is covered by most insurance providers, specializes in early recognition and outpatient treatment.

Speaking with a trained professional about diagnosis and treatment is a critical first step toward understanding and addressing the problem. The sooner the discussion starts, the better the short- and long-term outcomes are for the patient.

For further information about the program or to make a referral, please contact:

Kirsten W. Bolton, LICSW, Program Director

Prior to admission, we review prospective patients to determine whether the program is a good fit for the individual. Patients can fill out the Patient Application Form. Alternatively, family members, friends, or clinicians can submit the McLean OnTrack Referral Form. Once one of these forms is received, we will respond within three business days.

McLean OnTrackTM is covered by most insurance providers. The program also has a self-pay component for services that are not covered by insurance. We understand that navigating the insurance system can be challenging, which is why we assist prospective patients to help determine eligibility. We welcome your questions and concerns.

McLean Hospital accepts Medicare, Massachusetts Medicaid, and many private insurance and managed care plans.
