Biography
Serena Fernandes, MD, is the assistant medical director at the 3East Partial Hospital Program, which provides dialectical behavior therapy to adolescents and young adults with emerging traits of borderline personality disorder, as well as other mental health disorders.
Dr. Fernandes has an interest in providing comprehensive management of medically ill patients with concurrent psychiatric disorders using behavioral, psychopharmacological, and novel treatment options.
