Biography
Kristin McCarthy, MSW, LICSW, began her career working with individuals and families struggling with eating disorders. She developed an interest in providing individual and group therapy and family support for those in higher levels of care.
Ms. McCarthy joined the McLean Hospital social work float team in 2019, expanding her expertise by working across different levels of care to provide clinical services to a wide array of individuals that present for treatment with varying mental health diagnoses. She is currently the lead clinical social worker on the North Belknap Adult Inpatient Program at McLean.
